Hi, I’m Jenna — a mom of two and a dedicated women’s health physiotherapist.

My approach to women’s health and pelvic floor physiotherapy is rooted in empowerment, education, and individualized care. I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, supported, and deeply connected to her body—at every stage of life.

Whether you’re navigating pain, tension, pelvic health issues, pregnancy, postpartum, peri- or post-menopause, aging, hypermobility, or preparing for or recovering from pelvic or abdominal surgery, I’m here to support you with compassionate, expert care.
