Preparing for Birth

My Prepare for Birth series was created to empower birthers and their partners, enhance birth experiences, and improve birth outcomes. You can complete all three sessions or choose an à la carte option to focus on the topics most important to you. Sessions are ideally completed by 35 weeks gestation and can be done in person (preferred) or virtually.

Ideal for those unable to attend the clinic, virtual sessions support pelvic health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and return to activity, perimenopause, hypermobility, and aging.
